Greetings all,

I will work with Cathy Rost to help fill the rest of the duties list on Tuesday.  Any pancake runner or flippers slots that are left open will be filled by JV an Varsity players and I will assign them times on Wednesday as well as coordinate efforts with Kathryn Mahoney.  I am forwarding this email to her as well to see if we can acquire the remaining items on the list.   

As a note this is a team fundraiser and the boys will need to give some time during the morning on Saturday.  I am only aware of two player conflicts on this day as of today.

No practice Monday.

Varsity game HOME vs Tollgate @ 345   

JV practice Tuesday with Coach G 330-5pm Softball field

I will need two JV ball boys for Tuesday as well

Hopefully the rain holds out for Tuesdays game.

We are getting there for the donations (thanks to all who have signed up so far!)

Still need:

• 8 gallons chocolate milk
• 2 gallons OJ
• 2 gallons Apple Juice
• 4 gallons Cranberry Juice
• knives, spoons and Styrofoam coffee cups

Also - please sign up for the time slots you are available to help out!

Cathy Rost will have the sign up sheet at Tuesday game for those that would like to sign up then
