Warmups should arrive any day

Below is a cost analysis for the warmups.  There are three prices noted below.

The cost of the Warmups will be the following. 

PRICE 1. $39 + $16 finishing costs = $55

Below are the two pricing options dependant upon tickets sold for the pancake breakfast.  If no tickets were sold for the pancake breakfast then the cost will be $55.

PRICE 2. Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors that played last year and participated in last years fundraiser as well as this years.

The cost will be $25 ( This price is deferred from 2011 and 2012 pancake breakfast fundraiser profits)

PRICE 3.  Any Freshmen or new player to the program will be paying $30 (This price is deferred from the 2012 pancake breakfast profits only)

Please make checks out to "NHS" or if cash in an envelope with your name on it.

Warmups should arrive any day and are set to be embroidered next week.

Good Morning,

My laptop at home is dead so I am sending out an update.  Please have the boys finish selling tickets this week by Thursday the latest.  I would like in an envelope money or checks to NHS, the number of ticket sold as well as any unsold tickets by Wednesday.  The number should total 10 tickets.  Any unsold tickets will be used for ticket sales at the door.   I will be getting a count together for Sue Wright so we can figure on how many people will attend.  I will also assign any other boys to open times in the work matrix that Sue Wright developed.

Also we have ordered warm-ups and will get them embroidered by graphic expression.  I am planning on paying $1000 out of our team fundraising account.  So what I am asking is that everyone try to sell all ten tickets so I will be able to come up with the $1000.  This in turn will reduce the warm-up price to about $30.

I may have to charge anyone that doesn’t sell tickets the full price which will be around $50.

Today’s Varsity game will be determined  around 12pm with the guidance of Dave Correira.  Please check www.riil.org .  If we can get the game in we will.

Greetings all,

I will work with Cathy Rost to help fill the rest of the duties list on Tuesday.  Any pancake runner or flippers slots that are left open will be filled by JV an Varsity players and I will assign them times on Wednesday as well as coordinate efforts with Kathryn Mahoney.  I am forwarding this email to her as well to see if we can acquire the remaining items on the list.   

As a note this is a team fundraiser and the boys will need to give some time during the morning on Saturday.  I am only aware of two player conflicts on this day as of today.

No practice Monday.

Varsity game HOME vs Tollgate @ 345   

JV practice Tuesday with Coach G 330-5pm Softball field

I will need two JV ball boys for Tuesday as well

Hopefully the rain holds out for Tuesdays game.
